[Pickup] Tournament in ITHACA September 22nd-23rd, Deadline Approaching!

Hello everyone!

The UPA Upstate New York Mixed Division Sectional Tournament is  
scheduled for September 22nd-23rd in Ithaca, NY. Tentative field  
arrangements have been made at Buttermilk.

This will be a FUN competitive event played against other teams from  
upstate New York and the province of Ontario. At the moment 5 other  
teams are signed up, and it should be a great time!

If anyone is interested in putting together a team, please contact me  
ASAP! The registration deadline is August 24th at 7 PM Eastern Time.  
The team captain (or other designated person) MUST submit a legal  
roster through the UPA web site by that time for your team to play in  
this tournament. I WILL HELP YOU WITH THIS, so please don't be  
intimidated - it's not hard, I promise!

Relevant details:

1) A legal roster consists of 7 players, with at least 3 men and 3  
women.
2) Up to 7 more players may be added to the roster after August 24th,  
so this doesn't have to be your finalized team.
3) All players must be UPA members in good standing at the time of  
the tournament
4) The tournament is 4:3/3:4 gender ratio at all times, meaning there  
can be no more than 4 players of each gender, and no more than 7  
players total, on the field for your team at all times.

As the sectional coordinator, I'm here to help! If someone decides to  
put together a team, let me know and I'll help you out with the process.
