If you're in summer league, then apologies about the duplicate emails.
Else, read on...

Today's DDC event at Cass is hereby cancelled.  Pass that on to anyone
that you may have invited to it.

If you're not excited about the upcoming world disc championships,
then think very seriously about getting excited.

Many thanks to those who showed up to the Disctravaganza (a.k.a.
Discapalooza) and made it a success!  There's still much more fun to
be had.  We have many events planned out especially over the next
couple weeks.

"Let me 'splain. No, there is too much. Let me sum up..."

- July 4th -- DDC exhibition game and hat tourney this Wednesday.
Bring your own grillables.  This will be happening alongside pickup at
Cass.
- July 5 & 13 -- League nights at Korova this Thursday and Pixel next
Friday.  These are bars, so 21 and older.  Sorry, youngens.  There are
league nights upcoming at Wings Over Ithaca and Mahogany Grill, which
are less agist.
- July 14 -- Summer League Hat Tournament!  (a.k.a. the Mid-Season Mixer)
- July 14 -- World Disc Event!  Also at Cass, alongside the hat
tournament.  Crazy!

Lastly, garbage... the parks that we play ultimate at have carry out
policy.  There are no garbage bins and we certainly can't leave stuff
on the fields.  Recently a beer bottle was left at Cass and was
subsequently shattered by the Cass lawn mower.  That makes for
layout-unfriendly fields.  So, please mind your garbage.
