[Pickup] Room for rent / pickup today 5pm buttermilk!

a) Looking for a place to stay? I'm trying to rent one of the rooms in my 
house next year (the other is already rented, and I'm leaving town). Its a 
pretty nice place. A long walk and a short bike to campus. Cost is 
something like ($1000+NYSEG) all split two ways, probably not quite 
evenly because one room is nicer than the other. Can rent over summer, 
too, or even spring. All very flexible. Lemme know if interested.

b) In case this qualifies as list abuse, pickup today! 5pm! Buttermilk 
sounds nice so the manager at cass doesn't see a disc and freak out. 
Weather is _beautiful_!
